Thank you for choosing YS Badminton. Before booking any of our courses, please review the following policies carefully:

📌  Payments and Refunds

• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.

• Before Week 2 (Inclusive), eligible for a 70% refund of the full term payment.

• Between Week 2 & Week 4, only 20% refund of the full payment if no valid medical certificate is provided.

• Between Week 2 & Week 4, if a valid medical certificate is submitted (e.g. due to illness or injury), we may consider a partial credit transfer to the next term.

• Week 4 onwards, no refunds will be issued.

• Week 4 onwards, only with a valid medical certificate, remaining credit may be transferred to the next term (Subject to review).

• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or missed sessions.

  (Please note: Refunds or credits will not be granted for reasons such as schedule clashes, travel plans, or other personal commitments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all families.)

📅  Cancellations and Reschedule

• YS Badminton reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

• If a course is cancelled by YS Badminton, students will receive either an alternative arrangement.

• Make-Up Lessons & Reschedule Entitlement (Based on Enrolment Type)

  10-Week Enrolment (Standard): Includes 2 bonus reschedules
  9-Week Enrolment: Includes 1 bonus reschedule
  8-Week Enrolment: No bonus reschedule included
  1–7 Week Enrolment (Casual Pass): Flexible enrolment, no bonus reschedules

🔁 Make-up Lessons & Reschedule Entitlement (Based on Enrolment Type)

• Make-up or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session start time.

• Requests made within 24 hours cannot be accepted.

•  After bonus reschedules are used, any additional make-up requests MUST be supported by a valid medical certificate, regardless of the reason. No exceptions.

• Rescheduling is allowed within the same term only, subject to availability.

• No reschedules or credits will be granted after the term ends.

• Missed sessions without submitting a request through the portal will be forfeited.

   

👥  Attendance and Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

• Must wear YS Badminton T-shirt in training, wear appropriate sportswear, and non-marking indoor court shoes.

• Remember to bring your own badminton racket, water bottle, and towel.

   

🏥  Health and Safety

• Participants must be in good physical condition and free from any injuries or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

• If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before enrolling in a course.

• YS Badminton is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions. Please ensure you warm up properly and follow coaches’ instructions at all times.

• Wearing badminton shoes at IBC is mandatory. YS Badminton is not responsible for any fines incurred (IBC rules).

📸 Permission for Photos & Videos 

• By enrolling, you agree that YS Badminton may capture photos/videos of your child during group training.

• These may be shared with parents or posted on our official social media for training highlights and promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish for your child to be included, please notify us in writing before the term starts to withdraw this consent.
